I am terrible on these things but it does look like him. I have a terrible habit for comparing people to other people or things (like the Simpsons episode when someone looks like a teapot or candle). I would estimate I have lost +€200 over the years betting that people I saw were people I knew (actors or in real life). Thankfully my gf was too chicken shit to bet that the girl in Traffic wasn't Julia Stiles. I wagered €100 on it last week.
