Why because Flex magazine says so?? I love training, when i do cardio it's atleast an hour session, i've done up to 3 hour sessions, i want to run a marathon, also get into triathalons at some point, so a 99 min cardio session is nothing. Same with weights, i'm done training when my body is spent, its usually around the 60 min mark, but if i have more fuel in my tank i'll keep going. With eating..same thing i eat until i am completely full. I never train a certain way because Dorian Yates did, or eat a certain way because Ronnie does, every human is different, it's trial and error, you have to find what training style is best for you, what macros are best for you.

Yeah i watch Youtube on my phone, usually boxing matches, today i watched the Dela Hoya vs. Tito Trinidad fight, makes time go by super quick, sports documentaries are good too, old HBO 24 7 boxing series is great too, im a big boxing fan..

thats a solid routine only way to do cardio other than be outside

I could be envious or you might be just a touch crazy! I get bored doing cardio....TV or no TV.
