98 minutes?
Sheesh! That's basically an hour and a half! Thats a bit much isn't it?
Why because Flex magazine says so?? I love training, when i do cardio it's atleast an hour session, i've done up to 3 hour sessions, i want to run a marathon, also get into triathalons at some point, so a 99 min cardio session is nothing. Same with weights, i'm done training when my body is spent, its usually around the 60 min mark, but if i have more fuel in my tank i'll keep going. With eating..same thing i eat until i am completely full. I never train a certain way because Dorian Yates did, or eat a certain way because Ronnie does, every human is different, it's trial and error, you have to find what training style is best for you, what macros are best for you.
