Bicep tear.
Really awful, you hate to see someone go through so much then hit a major setback right before the payoff. But if it heals well and he maintains his current attitude/composure, I think this puts him in the running for a pro win in 2020. He’ll be well-rested and might be able to add the 5-10lbs he’s been missing.
This sucks for him. Hopefully, he doesn't let it get the best of him. He was looking amazing and was/is a true feel good story.
he needs to be watched closely by the people around who actually care about him and not the bodybuilder. with his past addiction issues dealing with this could cause a relapse.
His hair really took a massive hit.
Around 2012.
Do we have evidence that Antoine met fellow Montreal'er Georges St-Pierre.On Bro Johan's podcast, GSP mentioned being friends with bodybuilders whose bodies were messed up. Does anyone know which BB he was referring to?
probably not Antoine because he said this was his first serious injury.Im guessing MMA fighters has more injuries than bodybuilders to be honest. Maybe not muscle tears but joint damage and ligament tears.. + they get brain damage.so whats the point of potentially making alot of money but then at the end of your career you're not even yourself anymore with brain damage
Sure he will bounce back from this. He has already proven that he is resilient and can overcome mental and physical challenges so I don't see this derailing him too much. I hope it doesn't as he seems like a decent dude and I wish him well.
How did he tear his bicep?
no gym lifting, but lifting some heavy object in an akward position.
That’s because he lacks functional strength.
He’ll be better served by quitting bodybuilding and getting a job.
LMFAO
he needs to do crossfit
