Extension cable arrived for my DEX station so I'll have a computer that I can use as much data as needed. I have a microwave cart coming in to free up my space on the counter for my knives and canisters. I'm also have a storage shed put in next week. I have to wait though for some free and clear weather to finally stain the deck.

It's about a a few weeks off..have to wait for the weather to be good for a few days before I stain the deck. But it's an awesome residence

Surprisingly enough, its more expensive to live in than my current situation. Simply wasn't worth it in addition to a lack of places to put one up

Nope, the Ford Taurus. Even though I got a promotion and raise recently, I still want to have everything settled with the home first before I get a new car which is almost done

Never stained a deck before obviously. The deck was newly built so you can't apply stain to it until it ages a little bit ..otherwise it will come off.

Get a very strong lock on that storage shed. I have a feeling that people will be trying to break into it. Also, have you gotten an alarm system? If you haven't, don't cheap out on one.

I have one but not monitored....window and door alarms along with motion sensors. Only thing I have to worry about however are deer running out in the road along with other animals. Its a very quiet subdivision
