I’ve gotta say, though, that Vince is a good dude.
He may be a little “out there,” but he’d never harm a fly, and he’d probably give you the shirt off his back if you asked him.


I always respected Keith/onlyme, but I never understood the heat he showed towards Melvin.

Goodrum seems like a good dude. I hope with the stress of getting the house over, he can focus on diet and drop 20 or 30 extra pounds so that when he talks about body building or supplements he has some credibility to those who may not know he was a former competitor

Keith was upset at me over ruining his opportunity to sell a bunch of T-Shirts for the PDI by helping Bob Chick expose the organization....that's how that all started.

I thought your "feud" started before that, but I seldom paid close enough attention to those types of things - especially at that time, when I was mainly here for serious training and nutrition information (of which we used to have).
