probably because 75% of training time was spent on olympic lifts then i said fuck this shit and just started general strength training

for some reason these old farts coaches think building pecs, delts and arms is against the law of weightlift

it will slow you it will stiffle you bleh blah bleh

foolishness or brilliance, i dont know...

I've been training ten years and made improvements every year(except 2010 when I had an autoimmune disease and wasn't able to train for 5 months).  If you stay consistent on your training and you're hungry for improvements + you're able to avoid obstacles I think you will do just fine... depends on genetics offcourse ;)

I gave that approach a solid shot for about a year and all it did was decrease strength and increase vascularity

both but if you are losing strength you are definitely not on the right path...

unless maybe you have unnessary high levels of strength already like jay cutlet and doesn't care about strength somehow

Sure thing. In recent years I've been able to bring my weak body parts up(delts&back). Trying my best here. :)

If you're natural you can't grow on high reps anyway....

to quite honest with you friends,, what bodybuild ,, modern bodybuild 2000 come down to is the wuality and the purity of the gh you put into your blood,, really really this is the prime determined factor if you will have a wow look or a whatever look ,,legit gh and high quality legit gh dosed right is the ONLY way to get to look like quality impressive bodybuild no matter what size you are,,this is just the way moden bodybuild is ,,

i wil go here and say that the need to enter a gymnasium to train with out legit gh in system is no existing,, nwo yes thee is the window of growth the 6 months i talk about all the time after gh therapy ....those 3-6 months window of growth is there so it count too,, but over all no gh in system = no need to train you wont get anywhere in competetive bodybuild ,,basicaly nothing to write home about

You are a filth liar, and cannot perform any of those lifts, nor do you weight that much.
