9 days out guys, I am SHREDDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EDD !!!

In fact I have been stage ready for 2 or 3 weeks now with some cool ass striations in my quads, hams and glutes

arms are out of proportion but I still think it doesn't look THAT bad in my awesome Bob Paris and Milos Sarcev poses. My routine will be awesome

I won't post pics until the show because of possible meltdowns over negative comments

just finished eating some cantaloup right now ( I upped the carbs last week to keep me fuller and try to avoid a stringy look)

didn't weight myself but I must be around 185 lbs
maybe less who knows

the competition was june 23rd and I was alone in my class, so I can't brag about my win

I saw the photographer and I should have pics tonight or tommorow

can't wait to see how I looked like !

Your condition looks good, the angle/posing looks awkward. Anyway you look at it,, Monster potential!

what is weird is that my chest is my strong bodypart and it looks tiny in this pic , and my arms and legs are tiny and they look OK there ?

Don't be so hard on yourself. Your photo is impressive. I've competed almost 40 times, and very seldom did the photos really capture how I looked on stage. As AVBG stated, sometimes the angle can affect photos. Stay motivated cause you have a ton of potential.

Congrates a win is a win. For me Prov. are just a ticket to Nats were you really have to dail in to see your real progress. Maybe we will see you in Montreal next year. But I'm focused on Edmonton for this year (7 weeks out). Train hard and enjoy your offseason, because diet time will coming around the corner too soon.

SaskaBB: yes we will see each other at the 2008 canadian national, I plan to win the teen class

I am 23 pounds heavier than saturday right now, I am even waking up in the middle of the night to eat or get a shake

I was 190 lbs onstage and next year I am pretty confident that I'll be around 210
