some friends of mine are doing it so I may go with them to show some support

Watch out for Yannick Brisson, he has one sick physique

placed second in the welterweights 2 years ago, now he is 30 pounds heavier  :o

to my defense they look smaller in the MM shot because of the angle

you will see that they are not so bad in the other shot I'll try to post this week

What are you 6 weeks out from, I'm guess PQ prov.?  I think we have our prov. on the same weekend as I'm 4 1/2 weeks out!  You look good!

Looking really good and on track for peaking.  Upper body has come up notably.  You need to work on hitting that side chest better...

what's wrong with the side chest ?
I have fucking long arms and I think hitting it this way looked the best but how should I do it in your opinion ?

The pic that you had of Leverone on your avatar was a good example...no space between the arms.  Also, your head is leaning in too much.
