There's no reason for kneeling on his neck for 9 minutes.

Chauvin is deadmeat.

Chauvin will learn to love taking BBC up his bum ;D

Do you mean Dahmer? He was isolated for a year, then requested more freedom.  He lasted about year after that.

Chauvin screwed up during an arrest. Dahmer was the devil incarnate. There has to be a special place in hell for the likes of him and others like Gacy.

Chauvin isn't dying in prison.  He'll be in a protected unit because he's A) a cop  and B) the law enforcement at the prison almost certainly feel he got a raw deal and support him.  He will actually have an easy time as far as prison life goes.

With three other cops standing there watching.

Four trained policemen should have been able to use a  taser,  or mace,  or even use a nightstick on the guy, cuff his ass,and throw him in the fucking cruiser.

This is what I've wondered about. None of the others faced any sort of charges over this?

Oh, I agree that there is no excuse for what he did. 9 minutes and 30 seconds is actually a very long time....Chauvin had plenty of opportunity to do something different to get Floyd into custody as he was already handcuffed. I was drawing a comparison between Chauvin and Dahmer since Dahmer was who had been referenced regarding dying in prison. Between the two, IMO Dahmer was the bigger monster.

They were charged. J. Alexander Kueng, Thomas Lane and Tou Thao were charged last summer with aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter. They are set to stand trial together in August. I believe Chauvin had to be found guilty before the courts could proceed with the other three.

Yes, law enforcement personnel know the score.  Do you think black prison guards (probably very few in Minnesota) don't have to deal with unruly Negroes everyday on their job?  Ever watch Lockup on MSNBC?

I hear ya

However if he happens to be a trump supporter then that can go a different way

Have you heard the stories of the Jan 6 protesters that are in prison?

They’re not cops but they’re having their heads cracked by black prison guards

One guy lost an eye from the beatings

It should have been manslaughter, its a stain on the US justice system that it was not. It was a terrible situation and the suffering of Floyd and the lack of compassion from the officer to his pleas, just disgraceful. But its not murder in any degree. Easy to see why Trump doesn't accept the election result when you can see the democrat president interfering so as to  assist their preferable outcome.

Do you think the outcome would have been different if Floyd had not resisted?

You're right. Shame on me for being logical and expecting anyone to hold Floyd, our savior in Justice, to be partially responsible :)

I only work with one black CO, and this is gonna sound hard to believe, but he hates inmates more than any other guard in the entire facility.  Mostly because the cons think he's their boy just because they're both black.  You should hear the way this dude talks to them, it's both fucking hilarious and shocking at the same time! LOL!
