I'm working on finding enjoyment again. If I work hard enough, it will happen. This process takes time. It should not be rushed.

Just learned how to moon walk. It's the flat foot that moves back and the heel up foot.
Can you teach me how to do this? I never could figure it out....probably too uncoordinated.

You are probably right about this. However, based on my experience, the successes from lifting weights offer more substantial rewards.I think you may have just shamed me into accomplishing the moon walk, although the value of being able to do this eludes me. -Worse case scenario is that I would end up looking like a freak much like Michael Jackson did and I could not handle this. There will be no Macaulay Culkin like characters sleeping in my bed.
