The thing that I feel natural competitors need the most is high amounts of protein per meal and several meals a day. I take in around 200 grams of protein per day even though I only weigh about 107 to 115 pounds depending on the time of the year.
I really commend you for choosing to remain natural. I think it's a very good choice. Exhaust all your resources as a natural competitor before turning to the dark side of the sport. I think you will find that your resources are endless.
