I need to update my training and nutrition page since I wrote those a few years ago and have changed things up a bit as my physique has changed.  The ideas still apply, but there are many new things I could add that would be beneficial to readers.

I keep a much more detailed version of my regimen in the members' area.  PM me with what you are currently doing, and I can provide a few pointers that might steer you in the right direction.  The thing that I feel natural competitors need the most is high amounts of protein per meal and several meals a day.  I take in around 200 grams of protein per day even though I only weigh about 107 to 115 pounds depending on the time of the year.

I really commend you for choosing to remain natural.  I think it's a very good choice.  Exhaust all your resources as a natural competitor before turning to the dark side of the sport.  I think you will find that your resources are endless.
