Even if he isn't guilty, today is more or less the end of his pro career. He's 44, it's going to be at least a year or 2 before it is settled, then you are going to have add in problems with the wife.
He won't be able to train well or use most of the types of "supplements" he needs. And you aren't going to be allowed out of the country, so any international opportunities or contests are a no go. Nothing but the small podunk supplement companies are going to be willing to offer him work. And I wouldn't put it past bodybuilding judges to place him poorly in any major contest he enters just to get him out of the sport.
He wasn't a popular Mr. Olympia, and I doubt they'd be willing to take the chance of letting him into high level bodybuilding again. Not in the era of "MeToo", etc....
He needs a total destruction of all her claims for there to be any hope.
