Yeah.  I'm probably going to get sucked back in.  Funny because I was just mentioning it the other day in this thread.  I haven't picked up a bat or my glove for over 18 months.  But I guess it's like riding a bike?

IMO, you either have the bat speed or you don't.

 My local place has 60mph machine, but its like 20 feet away. So to pump my ego i always remind myself that since it so close, its the equivalent of hitting a 90mph fb pitch from 60ft out. Lol. Or not.

Only a couple of times, at tourneys. Put the beer on the coin thingy and start swinging. Start laughing. Step outside while my buds take their turns. Laugh even harder.    ;D

I swing once a week at fast pitch every friday over the winter.  I am a member at a baseball academy and I swing while my son takes a weekly clinic.

We won Tues by 9.

1 for 2 with 2 walks...single was cheapy up the middle.after 2 walks I was jumping at the ball :-\

Good return to the field.  2-2, walk, no errors, threw a guy out at the plate from left center.  Best part:  no injuries.   :)
