Women: (although I dont know any women running GH)
1.5-2 IU is a replacement dose.
2-4 IU for fat burning dose, split 1 shot am 1 shot pm.
4-6 IU for gains. (split dose)
MEN:
2.5-3 IU is a replacement dose
4-5 IU for fat burning (split dose again)
6-10 for muscle gain (split dose)
I know guys as high as 18 IU day (triple split dose)
