girls,how much hgh you take? do you add any t3 or not?
i give to my wife 2.5iu hgh every morninh on empty stomack. we take it for fats burn. do we need to add any t3 for her or its not so safe and smart?

2-3 iu seem right
add t3 if she's taking something like 10 mg anavar

t3 burns muscle and can screw up her thyroid


1-3 iu for women is the average dosage for women

Women: (although I dont know any women running GH)

1.5-2 IU is a replacement dose.
2-4 IU for fat burning dose, split 1 shot am 1 shot pm.
4-6 IU for gains. (split dose)



MEN:

2.5-3 IU is a replacement dose
4-5 IU for fat burning (split dose again)
6-10 for muscle gain (split dose)

I know guys as high as 18 IU day (triple split dose)

I am stingy on funds right now but I plan to do 4iu eod seems most economical.

For a girl that's a whole other ball game, rule of thumb is usually half of what we take or even 1/4 lol.. but im just assuming...

The most I ran was 3-4iu ed for 3 months... in the start of the year to heal a knee and it really helped...

Can't wait to get me some hyges and start this...

I also read that t4 100mcg is more ideal than t3.. something to do with the way hgh converts t4 to t3 and uses it... and how it benefits both fat loss and mass gain in the long term vs t3 twarting muscle growth from hgh or something like that...

Save your cash bro and run it 4iu ED, it makes me sleep like a baby. At 2 shots of 4iu a day I get ripped. but at 8iu a day its a tad bit more expensive to run hehe.
IMO never mess with T3\T4, your thyroid does too many things to smash it.
