Many of us sense that DJ isn't fair dinkum. Too much bullshit for this to be a genuine person.
Uncle Junior is all over the place about training and is quick to resort to drugs to make progress.
So the bottom line is this DJ guy can't be serious or he is two people sharing an account.
Very early on in this so-called challenge I saw that this wasn't a level playing field. I knew exactly what to do whereas
DJ had no clue whatever. Zero evidence of knowledge about bodybuilding. Not even broscience methods.
So it was obvious that I was going to be challenging myself and that is exactly what I have been doing.
DJ, or whoever else he is, is entertaining. That is why the thread keeps going.
I can report that my progress has stalled. I haven't got an injury but there is tenderness in the elbows and my left
shoulder is tender as well. I damaged it decades ago and now never do bench presses. I have found that when I reach
the heavy weights for triceps that my joints start to protest. My strength on this movement isn't going up.
Because of the tender elbows I tend to rest a day or two longer than 2 days. I have stated before that the
Repeated Bout Effect has to be overcome or avoided. When resting longer that isn't easy to do.
I will keep training my arms and see what happens. I might need a week or two off and train other body parts.
I can tell you that my arm training is absolutely brutal. I go to the utter limit for reps on both biceps and triceps which I super set.
However, when joint pain occurs the brain tells me to ease off and that is what I have been doing. I don't want a muscle tear.
