I've had epic trainings while sick (think of Jordan scoring 50 points while he had the flu) but if fully blown sick, man... Stay at home. If getting up makes you feel dizzy now, imagine after a set.
What type of positive effect muscle wise do you think it will be to go train at say 33% of what you can do?
Don't be stupid, don't spread your nasty ass germs and stay at home. Pisses me the fuck off when I see some sick, greedy asshole in the gym who sneezez and you can just tell that person is infected and very contageous.
Please don't be one of those guys...
