so ive picked up a cold in germany

havent trained all week

do i train on it or wait till it clears

coughing, full of flem,head ache feel a bit weak

i never get ill so dont know what to do training wise  Huh

I've had epic trainings while sick (think of Jordan scoring 50 points while he had the flu) but if fully blown sick, man... Stay at home. If getting up makes you feel dizzy now, imagine after a set.

What type of positive effect muscle wise do you think it will be to go train at say 33% of what you can do?

Don't be stupid, don't spread your nasty ass germs and stay at home. Pisses me the fuck off when I see some sick, greedy asshole in the gym who sneezez and you can just tell that person is infected and very contageous.

Please don't be one of those guys...

Every thing I've read or heard says it breaks down your immune system even more to train while sick.
Whenever I'm sick, which is a lot now after viral meningitis {fucked up my immune system but good} I don't have the energy to lift or I'll start and stop halfway through because I'm beat.

Don't know why I didn't go to the doc earlier...antibiotics, steroids for the swelling, and the worst tasting couch medicine ever and I'm feeling better after just two days.
