ALL of the strength and muscular development from olympic lifting comes from the lower body and lower back, those lifts do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for the arms, delts, or pecs. So who da fvck would want to have the pear body dat these lifts create? Not me! FUCK DAT NOISE!
