That category seems to be the majority of his clients, but if you decrease the volume his principles can be effective for naturals as well.
Most important thing -IMO- : truly understand and agree the rationale behind a trainer's philosophy. A annoying thing I experienced when I was working as a trainer: people who told me "just give me a schedule telling me what to do". I think Glass has a similar attitude, he really wants to educate on a positive manner. I consider that as his best quality.

Well, he is a former gymnast, and former competitor...he's trained everybody from Magic Johnson to Flex to Gunter---under him both they have won titles or have improved....without injuries....
He knows what he is talking about, proof is in the pudding...
