you guys still didnt understand that modern players mostly care about the money, if they dont win a chip well, whatever. As if lebron cared as much as people think he does. He said it himself once, " at the end of the day, Im still where I am and people -who are hating on me- are still where they were yesterday" or something along these lines.

This.Back before around 95 when obscene salaries started to be given to players who had achieved nothing and weren't even all stars, you played hard first, proved you were a superstar, then got your contract.Now 10-15 million dollars a year get thrown at big men who average 5 rebounds, point gaurds who average 3 assists and 3rd year players based on "potential".
