as much of a douche as this guy is even doing what hes doing takes some serious strength, theres a gym around here that has a pair of 220's and just looking looking at one laying on the ground sends chills up your spine.

His rationale:
Normally, we go a little deeper and little slower for sets of six to eight. Today we cut a few corners so we could get 15 reps for the video.
Going all the way down tears up the elbows, but this kind of resistance training is conducive to developing a good arm wrestling "hook" - particularly in a neutral or defensive position.
Weighed in just under 260-today - too heavy - need to drop down soon.

Really, funny how so many people watching this can come up with different conclusions. Cause I see a guy stroking his ego in front of a camara trying to bragg about his retarded lift, but looking really stupid, negatives, not exactly an exercise you want to to that with unless you want your arm torn

Ah, the famous "Fulcrum Curl"....
That doesn't even resemble an exercise. It's just a balancing act. I doubt it actually works the biceps.

What he's trying to do is called a Table Curl, it's a move use to strengthen the forearm and bicep at the odd angles that that hobby puts the arm in. A lot of guys use it to try and strengthen and get use to the hook portion of an arm wrestling movement.
