funny how often people that argue with gh15's maximum size statements they miss or flat-out ignore half of what he says. whether you agree with him or not, its always a very specific argument - this height, this weight, this arm measurement...then the people against him start with the 'well i have bigger arms than that..' or 'my buddy..' or 'blacks in prison...'...and they are either way higher bodyfat, taller, etc.. the argument is always contest or near contest conditioned size, not guido beach conditioned sized. but that kills the arguments against, so gets ignored or put off as 'well thats not my interest'.

GH15 - out of interest and keeping in mind I actually agree with you anyway...like I said I pretty much reached my genetic arm size potential at around 18 inches at 6'4' - once the 'natural growth' tails off do you actually think it possible to say, gain another inch naturally without recourse to hormones and without ramping up the bodyfat? In my experience I know of only one person,first hand who has never taken gear, at 5'10' who managed 19 inch arms and had abs. Would be guessing wildly but would put his bodyfat at around 15-18%. Half polynesian.

I think height dosen't mean alot when it comes to arm size. Look at liar Lee P, his arms are as big as 6' guys. I always wanted 18 inch arms since I was a kid. I have been training for 31 years consistantly and they biggest they ever got was 17. Of course I am a midget at 5'4. I first got 17 inch condition arms in the late 80's while on the juice, the biggest they got without juice was 16. They are now 17 inches again after training naturaly for the past 22 years, minus some ph's about 10 years ago, which didn't do much. So it took me 22 more years to gain 1 inch on my arms. I was always short and stocky like a gymnast. I quess the only way for me to get 18 inch arms is to shoot seq in them, but fuck that.

Gh15 is not being realistic. If I can build my arms bigger than in the past and do it naturally and quickly then this achievement is definitely newsworthy and the opposite of dumb.

Granted Vince, and that is why I'm asking the dumb question - what does it take to make it happen. My arms basically stopped at 18 - yeah - I did do gear later and they grew well over 18 - but that was a long time ago. I'm older now and slowly easing back into training and they are sitting on 17 and I'm pretty sure I can get back to 18 now and cut the bf down to around 12-14% again. But i'd really like to go further this time even with age and infirmity against me.

depend on age,, at 6'4 you can get to 19 inch naturaly yes,, but if you are 35...it is an almost imppsoible mission ,, if you are 20...then very much so

BECAUSE AGE WILL TAKE THE TOLL ON YOU ,, when oyu get to 40.....its very hard to be highly competetive from varius reason this is also true about lean growth ,, you will have to do some serious hormones to put on lean tissue at 40...

ofcourse you can bring arms back to 18 if they were 18 before at 6'4 its the breaking of the 18 barier into 19 that will be immposible for him in this age,, ofcourse if he is at 17 now if he was all rocky balboa attitude and go to gym all 3 serious month he may put some of that size back and have 18 inch arm it wil be with more fat though! and! and! it still wont get to 19 with out hormones
