I got to Train 6 Days.  :) not high volume but a few  intensive sets per muscle Group. I just can´t do multiple sets and wait too Long to Train again.

I've done it but it's a combo of lifting and cardio days. Just recently I lifted 4 days for the week but did 5 days of cardio. I did something physical 6 days a week.

Used to do 6 days a week for a long time.Now 4-5 usually 4.cardio 6 days a week.

I do but I’m taking this week off. Haven’t had a day off since the contest last month and a few days ago hit a complete wall.
