High Protein, Moderate Fat, Zero Carb except for pre-workout and one cheat meal a week, You follow this and you will get shreddeed PERIOD
I know that more and more people today are using this approach. People say you will look flat, but thats only during the process at the end you load up dry and shredded, most effective diet IMO.
