i dont know, i seen guys who shrug with 180lbs dumbells and small traps, but seen others doing them with 50lbs who had traps like something youd see in the animal kingdom, unreal huge, going all the way to the ear.as dor tbombs, i find it remarkable that a vein on the bicep is still somewhat seeable, considering his bofyfat level.for a natty, this looks ok,the comment that he looks bad for someone who was on peds isnt fair, if he went off of them a year ago, whats there to excpt?
