Been lifting consistently for over 10 years, established a good base. Dabbled in some Dbol, thats about it. Haven't really been on a cycle. Early 30s, non-drinker, came up aces in a physical and blood work.
Route 1: Test E, Tbol, Deca
500 mg Test E
30-50 mg Tbol daily
300 mg Deca
OR
Route 2:
500 mg Test E
400-600 mg Tren
Both of course compounded with liver protection/estrogen blocker.
I don't see the logic in running 400-600 tren, but only 300 deca.
me personally, i'd do 12 weeks total. keep the test at 500-600 (preferably 2cc of 300mg/ml enan) throughout. first 6 weeks run deca (or NPP preferably) at 500-600, and tbol at 50/day (dbol should be cheaper... and more effective).... second 6 weeks replace the deca/npp with tren at 300/wk.
so it'd look a lil like this.. ideally...
wks 1-6
Monday - 1cc test enan (300mg), 2cc npp (200mg)
Wednesday - 1cc Npp (100mg)
Friday - 1cc test enan (300mg), 2cc npp (200mg)
50mg oral every day. I prefer 50mg in one dose, as opposed to splitting the doses.
.25mg arimidex on Tuesday & Saturday
wks 7-12
Monday - 1cc test enan (300mg), 1cc Tren (100mg)
Wednesday - 1cc Tren (100mg)
Friday - 1cc test enan (300mg), 1cc tren (100mg)

week 15 - 5000iu HCG
weeks 16&17 - 50mg clomid/day
