BTW, my arms are close to 14 inches in the offseason and have gotten a little over 14 in the past. 
I'm 5-2 and less than 130 pounds.   8)

Damn thats hella good. Like pound for pound. or pound for inches...Would you say that was the best part of your body...I think my legs are mine. I barely train them and they grow from the small stimulus

My arms are definitely my strong point.  They grow easily and they are very big relative to the rest of me.  I wish I could say the same about my legs!

Not to rip on anyone that posted an "arm measurement" but come on. The only people that should be worried about what their arm measurements are should be competing bodybuilders. Everyone else, aahahaha what the hell do you measure your arms every day to see if you grew that 1/4 inch overnight? Hahah lamer than a Barbara Striesand concert.

I have done an npc show before and i plan on doin an snbf show on  july 21st as well as an npc show in cali later this year....
