I like to warm up with 135 lbs. on the bench press and with the Olympic bar. I eat lots of chicken and rice. Although... I hear deer and sweet potato will achieve better gains. (bodybuilding related)

Yes, this place should be fun. I am not arguing with that. However, fundamentally, this place should be about sharing industry knowledge, training info, Pro updates etc etc. Unfortunately, it has fallen prey to a small group of shit talkers, haters, bullies etc.

Again, this was never Ron's dream for this place. I, like many here, hold the utmost respect for Ron and what he has contributed to this great sport. I will not want to sit back and see Ron's vision become tainted because a small group of basement dwellers get a kick out of mocking and ridiculing other posters and the industry as a collective.
