there are a bunch of excersizes that you still dont know trust me, they re not the important ones, recently i learned a new excersize for forearms, you re suppose to pick up dumbells and rotate your wrist inwards and outwards.

Wow did this thread get gay... Dumbell presses bringing the dumbells together at the bottom of the movement. Still see people doing it and there is no benefit.

Can't think of any. I've tried most lifts (bb'ing, olympic lifting etc)

No, you are for the fags.
They say that if you have a proper strength in your lower back, you should be able to do good mornings with at least a half of your squat weights. I have done that, it is lot of fun, because you just about never see anything like that in the gym. I have relatively weak squat, just a bit over 450lb so it is easy to beat that. First try with your body weight, then go for it, and I guarantee that there is people watching you with their eyes hanging out of their sockets. Once I was doing that, there was a guy squatting with just a same weight which I need, so I ask if I can try it while he was resting, and I take the barbell on my shoulders with a wide grip. Then I take two big steps back from a rack, and bend down keeping my back flat. When my torso was parallel with the floor, I stand up and start the next rep. After five reps I stop and put weight back on the rack, and that guy was looking at me like I have drop weights on his feet.
