As far as I know Cswol is not strong at all. I think a lot of people just assume he is some sort of powerlifter/strongman just because he is fat.

He does look very unhealthy and to compare himself to OTH is yet another example of his delusion.

I do think though that he made improvements in the last few weeks, for example his forearms look a lot thicker than before.. could be just the angle/blurry pic though.

If you actually lost like 10lbs of fat while gaining 10lbs of muscle in the last few weeks as you claim just post some good comparison shots in a few mandatory poses with a proper cam and we will see if you're on the right track.

Lots of guys who hold similar BF, but never competed, think they have 20lbs of fat and a couple of pounds of water to lose.

I think Cswol might end up losing weight but his delusional brain would drive him to load on cupcakes and lollipops, and several servings of small fries.

Ketchup is optional, i think in his case, mayonnaise by the liter sounds more like it.

For the record I never took a cheap shot at onetimehard, yes he does divulge info but after a hate post he always follows it up with yeah but he will never do this do that he's shit etc...I have no problems with anyone on board even if I've dissed you, we're all on board as a brotherhood and I value everyone's info, and for the record oth, your not twice as strong on any lifts, I can bench 4 plates easy, curl the 100s, lat pull about 400, my squats need work can get tem up tho, I'm 39, just got sick of everyone posting bullshit, so I had to show you fellas cswol has abs in at 270 and was 280 while oth was 245 at his biggest bulk for that show, yeah you may not like to hear te truth so I simply showed it to you, I value oth info, but in reality CSWOL Shutting it down, and I proved it!
