It's hard to take a photo pumped, shaking, and trying to half way flex while holding the phone if I had a camera guy my pics would be bad ass
Now this is true. I have snapped a few photos of myself at the gym and some have come out blurry too. I assume it is because I am trying to see what the imagine on the phone is while not appearing to look at it. I guess the trick is to get a buddy to snap a few photos. In my case, I'd be a bit embarrassed since there isn't much to see no matter who takes the photo. You have (as of this morning) about 70 lbs. on me. I have about 30 years on you.
My suggestion is to take a lot of shots, that way at least one or two will come out clear. Don't worry too much about posing. Posing well takes concentration and so does taking a photo. When you develop your posing routine, get who ever is helping you with this to snap some photos or better still a video.
You know you are making positive changes. However, don't expect these changes to register in photos which are taken at every step of the way. Wait a month or two between before and after photos. No matter what you do, the camera isn't going to record minor changes on a day to day basis. It is kind of like weighing yourself constantly. Weight fluctuates a lot in a 24 hour period and even over the course of a week. My weight ranges between 199 and 208 with no visible change in my appearance.
