he has ok-ish legs, not a line of muscle separation in sight,let alone veins or striations, but the size is there

maybe he should first get to 10% and see where he stands.
at 10% roughly, everyone including csole, will have a rough idea how itll look shredded.
then decide if he wants go on.
but what he dont see, those stubborn fat areas which built over the years, and watery spots, they take some extra time to go away.

i ve had one such spot on the upper abs during my fatleniko time, and that spot simply wouldnt go away, until everything else was already shredded, including the whole rest of the abs,side abs,eevrything, and only then that 1 spot on upper abs slowly left.
it kinda destroyed the look as long it was there.

i dont get why hes going so slowly, he should be crashing the diet, not even thinking about cheat treat, the cheat treat is totaly unnesecary and will do fuck all expect take away room in the gut where good food should go instead.

its different story if he was kinda shredded already then the body will need bit bad foods here and there, but hes stil beyond the worst any pro lets themselves go offseason.

pros look like shit at 12%,but its really mostly just tons of water fromt est and gh, cswol dont realize theyre dense under the water, hes not, what they have for water, in his case is pure fat-blubber.

this is actualy good point, you know, when im slightly bit fatter, my legs seem to look double the size than now, diet really drains legs out like nothing else, but mine are still separated,veins and bit striated on good day when fatter.
as said above, its almost impossible to tell until 10% or so.
