10 minutes high intensity bike until my legs fail

Arms
15 kilo DB max for curls 15 reps
1 arm cable curls 50lb 12-15 reps
Rope triceps extension 170 lb max 15 reps

Calfs 3 sets standing 250lb max

Yeah, when I played varsity football, the big OL and DL dudes were the strongest, but the smaller guys were the guys getting the top pussy.

What is impressive is good health and confidence. Many power lifters are not particularly healthy....but then neither are roided out bodybuilders. Maybe fitness is the wave of the future.

That`s all I care about, health. It would be great to look like Gal or some of these guys but I will never juice to achieve that. Just not my thing. I was a jock in school. Weights were a way to get bigger, stronger, and faster.

I lift decent weight 1-5 reps for 1 or 2 exercises for power, then pump by going fast without rest. Still do sprints for cardio, dynamic warm up stretches, foam rolls to start. My goal this year was to bring the blood pressure down to the lower normal range from higher normal range, to be energetic. I never understood the huge at all costs guys that ruin their health over it. I`ll never have the money of Bill Gates, but I can be healthier then he is.
