I thought you were a bit tougher and more disciplined than this  Dont eat so much shit and do a bit of light cardio. It's not that fuckin difficult to hold at 10%. My old man is mid 50's and even does this. Not saying everyone has to walk around looking shredded, by all means do what you wanna do in life, but your chastising of the Serbian War Criminal just comes off as a chubby guy who's jealous because he doesn't have the discipline required for this. Don't mean to sound like an asshole here, but you have like 50k posts and are one of the top posters on a BODYBUILDING BOARD, I think my statements are not that off base here.
