Ok DJ tell the board how many calories you are eating a day and how much you are spending on groceries and food per week. See if the board agrees you are starving yourself. You will never gain muscle starving yourself.

breakkie-3 eggs with white cheese and 500 ml milk

meal 2-200 grams chick breast and 500 ml of milk

meal 3-500 ml of milk and a scoop of casien and canned fruit

din-din-chicken wrapped in breading with broccoli and cheese inside and red and yellow peppers

So what is the total calorie and macro count? Looks to be starvation rations my initial thoughts you need to double it

3 eggs 220 calories
5 cups of 2% milk 600 calories
200 grans chicken 340 calories
Casein 1 scoop 110 calories
Breaded chicken broccoli and cheese and peppers 400 calories

So you are at about 2k calories double it to 4k if you want to actually gain muscle

You often use strawman arguments like this.  The alternative to doing this workout you did is not necessarily doing nothing.  For example, you could have done another workout.

Heavy is not defined by the number of reps but by your effort how difficult were the reps? Did you use a weight that required your full concentration and effort if so then it was heavy.

EVERY SINGLE TIME, YES.... EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME I DID THAT I JUST GOT FATTER, AND I HAVE TRIED IT LIKE 10 FUCKING TIMES, SO.... NO THANKS

total cals are bout 2500

my bf is staying @ 5-6% and i am slowly gaining so it's working just fine ;)

fantastic training song in fact i'd often listen to this tune before a max bench at a bench meet 8)
