Dear CSWOL,

Today I was about to go to the gym when my girlfriend asked me if I had to go.  I train six days a week (like you) and want to get big and massive (like you).  When she told me that if I go to the gym tonight rather than spend time with her that I would have to sleep on the couch.  I got mad and told her that she better watch her mouth because I need to get to the gym and SHUT IT DOWN.  She doesn't seem to understand the drive that I have for slinging massive amounts of iron.

What would you do?

in this situation you would have to mentally imagine yourself at the gym, ready to shut it down, but somehow was performing pushups inside the Y cafe, slanging ted cypionate cod power in the fish basket..............and play this while you Shut it Down.........then your special lady will crave and beg for the Shut Down 3 times a day!

I currently do not own any pants that fit, when you weigh 275 and above, regular pants arent something you enjoy walking around in!

I have a 5' standard bar, 5 #25 pound plates(3 are olympic sized), 2 #10's, and 3 pound dumbbells my grandma lets me use after she finishes her aerobics class. I also have a 1/2 used bottle of superdrol I traded for. Please write me a program to catch the swoliosis.

  He has 56 military pants    his waist legs and ass are very big from being 300    a lot of weight has to be lifted to be that big   a lot of food eaten    a lot of PED taken    dude is an iron warrior to the core   I have
seen legends at the Mecca with him doing it to the bone    not many people live the life that he does  you have to give him that

At my fattest I was about 235 at 5 8 and got into 36 jeans

No way he is wearing 52.  I have a friend who is a disgusting blob almost 400lbs wears 52's
