Just left the gym did hamstring and shoulders, a group of 3 guys came in a bodybuilder was 5 ft 8 215 with 7% bodyfat and 2 of his buddies, I proceeded to shut the gym down when I shoulder side lateral the 80 lb dumbells, then curled the 100 lb dumbells, and racked them and said who's next, THAT'S how the gym gets shut down, that's how u workout....as I walked down the isle SWOL the fuck up! BOOM! The bodybuilder and his boys were SHUT DOWN!
