let me give you an example, yesterday in the gym, there was these two frat guys came in the gym, one wearing his kappa fagma shirt, weighed about 165, after I did hammer strength flat bench with 10 plates for 10 reps, then told them they are cupcakes come on over and curl the 100 lb dumbells, after I curled the 100s for 5 reps, these two clowns were shut the fuck down! Meaning.............what ever workout they are doing, whatever size they think they have, whatever strength they think they have, it doesnt matter, they were shut down, on the spot, letting them know their twinky cupcake and lollipop program aint doin shit and dont mean shit! Shut down! Owned!
