I'm 237 today...taking in at least 250.  I'm off shit right now..so I do the "natural trainer" protocol...high protein..go heavy. It helps.

And doing a shitload of cardio.. I'm dead set on staying lean till my next cycle.

They are really all about the same bro.  Not like Omega 3s that you have to watch the snook, hook, and crook sales for. 

Also, get some high purity ginger root, that will help the stomach absorb more as well.  No sense in eating a shit load if you are not absorbing and utilizing it.

Health. Been on four months..summer's over. Its cool out now in AZ..gonna walk and bike more.  Be more active and carrry less size. Not forever....two months .

If it's the same brand of protein you have always used, and you've never had this problem before, its just  due to the fact that your off and the body isn't utilizing food as well. Tren has a nutrient portioning effects, and increases the absorption of vitamins, minerals,etc

Maybe think about lowering the protein? Obviously you're having trouble digesting it. You've been around the block longer than I but I would think being natty you wouldn't need high protein for maintenance. For getting lean, yes, but maintenance, no. And lower than when on either way. Steroids increase protein synthesis which is when you could benefit from the higher protein. Being natty you dont need as much.

Yeah I know brother... actually when I'm on tren I eat like a bird..it kills my appetite.   I started this a few days ago...I should adjust.

So how much weight comes off you during your hiatus? Oh and I'm the same with the gas but not near the amount of protein.

Hard to say.  Sometimes I gain weight and lose cuts. Other times I lose size....it depends on the diet and training.... I'm looking to cut weight and really get cut this time...sev style.
