I've always been a big fan of Edamame (the little beans they give you at sushi restaurants as an appetizer) and recently discovered that they are a veritable superfood!
1/2 cup contains 100 cals, 8 g protein, 4 g fiber, and like 1 g unsat. fat.
My question is, since these are essentially a soybean-like product, would eating them, say, two servings a day, increase estrogen or decrease test as soy products tend to do? I'd like to add them into my diet, if i can.
