Its very lean and still we(Paco,his wife and me) eat it in every weekend.

Looks damn good to me, I didnt see much beef while in Spain on the menu's. Although Falcon would say this would make you sick if you eat it..

My physique get soft with carbs very easily even if i eat normal amount.
To the contrary, if my carb intake is low, the fat doesnt do any bad to me.

1, Lots of spanish friends. Both(Spain and Japan) have their defects in their society. But just i cant take those defects of japanese society and i can take those effects of spanish one. During i am working, i prefer spain. When I retired, maybe japan is better.

3, As you know, I am a quite enthusiastic person and i only do what i want. So really i dont miss anything. In my theory, if you open your heart, even those demons of the hell will be your friend and the hell will become very cosy.

1.I have a ricecake poducing and selling company which sell to whole spain and part of portugal and france. I have enough money for me and i dont care if i make more or not. If I work as a normal salary man, needless to say i would make more in japan.

2.I am very delicate guy that i dont sleep with woman easily. So to speak, I am a strange guy. So, i dont bang that much.
But,honestly, i am popular here as you imagine.


3. If you guys let me count english as one of them, it would be three.

4.I was married to a spnish woman. But I got divorced. So, in a certain point of view, i failed. I condider that human relationship is like a destiny. So, i try not to bother myself about it.

5. I do. Because, its more fun!

Why suddenly 14 weeksout? Because IFBB-Spain presented the schedule now and my first show of 2010 will arrive at 27 of March.
Its cool to look like this at 14 weeksout.
