Lots of dry physiques in this thread. This is the reason why I'll never get fat or allow myself to balloon in water weight ever again. Leave that to women who are menstruating. Live's too short to be water logged and fat.

Guy looks great.  Good structure and conditioning.  One thing I've noticed though, is guys always look super conditioned in their selfies or custom pics they have taken, but can't carry that look onto the stage come competition time.
