Looks very good. Which weight class is he in? My training partner is in the 90kg class.

It's going to be a tough class, hoping for a good showing. Depletion workout in Brazil today.
Second pic is 5 weeks ago night before Swedish nationals, hopefully he will be a touch sharper still on friday.

Looks like just another GH & slin body? Are you out of your fucking mind? This guy is dryer than the Arabian desert. No gut to be seen anywhere. His abs and intercostals look like steel cables.

Anyone can get big, but to get big and conditioned like this guy is not an easy task. He looks amazing. Hope his kidneys don't melt though, because that looks like some crazy conditioning.

Never would have expected anyone to say "looks just like another.....". This guy is good, and he's suffered a lot to get to his level of conditioning.

Well, I'm not a prep guy. My supplement plan but I would still say he preps himself mostly. We are friends, train together and discussed how the prep was going daily. I knew him 15 years ago when he competed for the first time and each prep has been a case of learning from the last prep.

He was 95kg on sunday, 89kg this morning, says he is getting tighter by the hour.
