Hux and Kylo with Phasma in the background.

Rey outside of her home which is a destroyed AT-AT Walker from the battle of Jakku.

This is right on with the early leaked artwork showing Rey's home.

The Snoke as Plagueis thing is bothersome.

Pablo Hildago is basically saying that Snoke is not Plagueis.

Good. Good.

This was Ralph McQuarrie's early version of the Emperor Palpatine.

Notice the larger size, height. The slighter, thinner body.

This is somebody changing the face to resemble the rumored Snoke look.

Snoke is now known to be like seven feet tall. Maybe a little bit more.

Of course, Darth Plagueis was Palpatine's master. Palpatine killed him.

Could he have survived? Could he have learned to cheat death? Could he have resurrected himself?

Palpatine told Anakin that Plagueis learned how to manipulate the midichlorians to create life.

Personally, I'm hoping Snoke is not Darth Plagueis.

I want him to be a new, unique character.

That's the thing.  Even if Snoke is Plagueis he still is a new character.

Ask the average Star Wars fan who Plagueis is and they'd have no frickin idea.

Episode III mentioned him briefly and the average person has never read EU materials which are no longer canon anyways.

Huh LOL???!!

I've loved everything so far.  I cried happy tears with the earliest teasers.

Everything else has been nerd speculation and nerd debate stuff.

I want to see a seasoned Luke Skywalker as a tremendous master Jedi.  I know now that's still a couple more years away.  And the Snoke Plageuis thing is unimportant.....just geek speak LOL.

In an interview, Mark Hamill said he is keeping a secret about his role in the movie , he then mentions he's good at keeping secrets and how he managed to keep the secret of him being Vader's son in Empire Strikes Back even from the rest of the cast..

Well, it's pretty clear what his role in the new movie is......he's Luke Skywalker.  ;D

Plus I understood that even Mark didn't know that Vader was going to say, "No, I am your father" in Empire.  Only Lucas, James Earl Jones and the camera man new so that Mark's reaction would be unscripted and genuine.

Maybe he also knew....not calling you a liar.....just what I originally understood.

She may be Luke's daughter.

The pendulum has swung somewhat in recent months.

She is definitely one or the other.

The Force Awakens on 60 Minutes. 8)

This evening, the CBS World News did a story at the end of their newscast on John Williams.

Abrams was there recording with his phone.

It appears that 60 Minutes is going to do a story on The Force Awakens like they did with The Phantom Menace and Revenge of the Sith.

Sunday, December 13th at 7:00PM/EST.

I think it's interesting how big Star Wars is in USA.

Not many sci-fi franchises get to be on 60 minutes for example.

Giorgio Lucas really created something special for the people.

This is the video from the CBS World News that aired tonight.

http://www.cbsnews.com/videos/john-williams-and-j-j-abrams-discuss-star-wars-the-force-awakens/

Quote
Behind the scenes of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Star Wars: Episode VII" opens the Friday before Christmas. And that gave Bill Whitaker of "60 Minutes" a chance to talk to a man who has one of the coolest jobs in the galaxy.

Six weeks before the premiere, CBS News dropped in on a Hollywood scoring session for "The Force Awakens."

Composer John Williams, who won an Academy Award for the first "Star Wars" film, was back -- along with the iconic refrain he wrote 38 years ago.

Standing behind Williams wasn't some awestruck groupie. It was the movie's director, J.J. Abrams.

"Well, this is -- this is like momentous, you know, John Williams conducting his Star Wars music," Abrams told CBS News. "I mean, as a fan, I can't even believe I get to be here."

Abrams saw "Star Wars" when he was 11 and never outgrew his passion for the film. On this day, when he wasn't in the middle of the orchestra, filming on his phone, he was racing around the sound stage -- part fan, part director.

"We may need to make the 'bum ba da ba da' -- repeat those bars just because it might, it might be a little bit longer before we get into the interior of the transport," Abrams told Williams.

"There are moments of abject terror when we all think about what we've taken on," Abrams told Whitaker.

You can see more of Whitaker's interview with Abrams this Sunday on "60 Minutes" at 7/6c.

New Supreme Leader Snoke rumor.

This picture is now going around.

The word is that there is a tear/hole in side (or sides) face and you can see some teeth.

It is like Harvey "Two-Face" Dent in The Dark Knight.

Will this movie be bigger than Avatar at the box office? Seems like there is a huge amount of buzz, even from people who rarely goes to these event movies. I think it has a chance.

Supreme Leader Snoke. :o

This is it.

Forget the drawing on the previous page.

This is said to be from the art book for the film.

Star Wars: The At of The Force Awakens.

I love that it was based off the Hammer horror films.

Of course, the late great Christopher Lee used to play Count Dracula in those films. His dear friend Peter Cushing was also in a number of those films. He often played Van Helsing.

Both would later play important characters in the Star Wars Universe.

Cushing would play Grand Moff Tarkin and Lee would play Count Dooku/Darth Tyranus.
