Sitting ~190, no hormones (ever). I tell ppl i'm 5'10, but it's really closer to 5.9 and a half .lol. Low bodyfat (6 pack). Haven't done a solid leg workout in about 10 months b/c of left knee issues. Deep deadlifts,spin bike intervals, romanian deads and calf raises are it for lower body. Currently consuming about .5-.75 gr.protein/ lb. of body weight. 40-60% of diet is fruits/veggies, 10-20 fat/protein - Mostly from nuts, fish, seeds, berries. Most of my fruit/veg intake is organic spinach, cantaloupe and pineapple. 36yrs old. No wrinkles, I like to bang my woman 5-6 times a week and whack off another 2-4. Oh, and do whatever you can to keep (mental) stress levels to a minimum as that has been the make or break for me. When mental stress gets out of control for more than 3 or 4 days, i can feel myself getting sick (sneezing, tired, colesores, etc) and worn down. The importance of this is magnified as you age.
