but what i am getting at here is that it is not secret, if I posted an ifbb pro regiment which I have, everyone still remains naive and does not believe me and then they still claim it is a secret, well no it isn't it's just people don't want to hear the truth and that is it require enormous amount of gear to turn pro.

People have a hard time with this one.

Yes but that is because BFG's are not theories, they are taken from real IFBB pros and BFG is the real deal.

he owns an big website but that is not why, he is just a guy who is showing people what pros take, there is no reason in particular, non that would benefit him in anyway
