laws are sometimes arbitrary and unjust

You are correct that laws are sometimes unfair or unjust.  BUT that does not justify Hide breaking the law.  Hide will be, as someone else said, 150 pounds soaking wet when he gets out of the house.

yeah, but does that mean you are suppose to break them out of spite ???

bench

Exactly my point.

Sadly it seems like many getbiggers think its cool to break the law or just because theres people outside selling drugs and not getting in jail, then hide shouldnt be in jail aswell.

America is the land of opportunity. The opportunity to not be a criminal.

STOP CRYING IN THIS BOARD AND TRYING TO JUSTIFY HIS FELONY.

HIDETADA BROKE THE LAW, HE'S NOW IN JAIL

DONT BREAK THE LAW, AND THE LAW WONT PUT YOU IN JAIL

So I guess the anti black laws of the south were perfectly just?

god, this war on drugs is a pathetic joke perpetrated by whisky drinking, cigar puffing law makers. It's doing more harm than good by filling up jails and eating up tax payer money.

Granted, the legal system is not perfect, that is quite obvious. People get out of jail all the time when they shouldn't be let out. Many drug dealers and criminals roam the streets and have not been captured yet. This does not mean that when someone is caught doing something illegal, they should not pay the price. Anyone who is saying he shouldn't be punished is trying to justify a less sever crime, because more severe crime still exists in the world.

Benz, here is the posse all formed up and ready to ride on the jail.  We'll drag hide from his hiding place and string him up.

If I had it my way, it wouldn't be such a horrible offense.

I'd make recreational drugs legal and tax them heavy.  8)

Do you know exactly what he did? Do you know exactly what he is charged with? Do you know anything other than he was arrested? Please, need more details before you judge someone.

Whoa... I just ran a stop sign... I broke the law.... come on now...

come on Ron, it's 2007, facts mean nothing.  It's better to jump to judgement and then pretend you were always on the person's side after they are acquitted.

What are you talking about, his booking sheet clearly states he was charged with a felony.

They're making Hide out to be an asian version of Pablo Escobar.  ::)

I don't give a shit when I blaze joints, and I certainly wouldn't be sorry if I got caught by some cop. I'd just regret not concealing my stash in a better way.

http://app4.lasd.org/iic/ajis_search.cfm - search for his name and you can see what he did. According to the law, felony. Who cares if he was carrying weed, anabolics, etc. The fact is that he's a criminal, simple.

Enough to judge someone.

What are you talking about, his booking sheet clearly states he was charged with a felony.

I'm certain that we can all agree that Hide is a criminal from a LEGAL point of view.  I think it's just that some of us would argue that he did not commit any moral crimes.
